Abstrak

Praktisi medis menghadapi tantangan tekanan operasional dan peluang untuk berkembang sesuai cita-cita profesional. Praktisi medis mengalami perasaan takut bersalah yang mengikis rasa bangga, tanggung jawab, serta rasa aman. Pertanyaan yang akan dijawab dalam studi adalah bagaimana histori pengembangan prinsip-prinsip dan etika tanggung jawab profesional praktisi medis?. Studi bertujuan untuk memahami prinsip-prinsip dan etika tanggung jawab dengan panduan histori beban regulasi etik dan tanggung jawab profesional praktisi medis. Studi menggunakan desain studi literatur naratif dengan pendekatan kronologis-sistematis. Hasil studi memperlihatkan, etika dan tanggung jawab profesi medis berisiko merusak kepercayaan, kreativitas, dan peluang pengembangan profesional. Prinsip-prinsip etika profesi medis secara historis telah mendorong upaya untuk membantu semua pasien dengan cara yang baik dan benar, serta memperhatikan hak-hak pasien untuk menentukan nasib sendiri. Hasil studi di bahas dan direkomendasikan dalam konteks tanggung jawab profesional praktisi medis dengan pandangan yang lebih beragam, dan; perspektif berbasis pengetahuan tentang paradigma yang tidak pantas yang mungkin dihadapi para praktisi medis.
