Opini Sumpah Hipokrates di Era Digital: Perlukah Diubah?

Sumpah Hipokrates (SH) merupakan sumpahyangdilafalkan oleh semua dokter di duniaselama berabad-abad. SHmengandung janji yang berdasarkan prinsip etika dalam mengaturpraktikprofesikedokteran.Kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip dalam SH harus dijunjung tinggi oleh setiap dokter yang berpraktik.Namun, denganadanyatantanganpesatnya perkembangan zaman saat ini, SH dirasa tidak sesuai lagi. Seperti kemajuan digital kesehatan, penggunaan kecerdasan buatan(AI), penilaian data besar kesehatan, keamanan data digital pasien, perawatan berbasis pasien dan peran pasien dalam menentukan arah pengobatan dirinya sendiri serta layanan dunia maya digital kesehatan. Kemajuan teknologi dalam kesehatantersebut menuntut untuk adanya perubahan dalam konteks SH secara umum. Artikel ini akan membahas secara singkat mengenai SH dalam kaitannya dengan perubahan di era digitalpada bidang kesehatan.Terdapat beberapamasukansebagai usulan revisiSH dalam menghadapikemajuan dunia digital saat ini diantaranya penggunaan teknologi digital dalam praktik kedokteran, peran pasien, privasi data pasien dan penggunaan data besar.Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan etika.
